For women who are tired of waiting to afford a house

How women with full-time jobs are closing real estate contracts, some worth $25,000 to $50,000, using only their phone. No license needed in most states.

You want a place that’s yours. No landlord. No lease. No bank telling you no.
Real estate is how you get there. You just don’t have to buy your way in to start.
Mia owns 76 of them. She started at 21 with a phone and no money.

  • No license needed in most states, and we’ll check yours on the call.
  • Property with your name on the paperwork, the way Mia built hers.
  • A skill nobody can lay you off from.

The Math

Saving for a down payment is not a plan. It’s a waiting room.

Look at what you’re up against.

The middle-priced home in America costs about $440,000 right now. Twenty percent down on that is $88,120.

Depending on your state, saving that up takes somewhere between five and a half years and fifteen years.

The average first-time buyer in this country is now 40 years old. That’s the oldest it’s ever been since they started keeping track.

And 7 out of 10 renters under 40 say the same thing you’ve been saying. They rent because they can’t come up with a down payment.

You’re not behind. The math is just broken.

So stop playing that game and learn a different one.

The Ladder

How this turns into your own place

Right now you’re trying to save your way into a house. You put a little away each month. Prices go up faster than your savings do. You already know how that ends.

So turn it around.

You find someone who needs to sell. You sign a paper that says you can buy their place at a low price. You hand that paper to a buyer who wants it. They pay you to step out of the way.

You never bought the house. You never spent a dollar of your own.

Now do it again.

That money isn’t spending money. That’s what you put down on your own place.

Mia did it in exactly that order. Deals first. Doors after. Seventy-six of them now.

You stop saving for a down payment. You start earning one.

How It Works

Three steps. That’s the whole thing.

01

One. Find someone who needs to sell.

Someone inherited a house from her mom and lives four states away. Someone got a job in another city and has two weeks to be gone. Someone owns land she’s never even seen and is tired of paying taxes on it.

They don’t want top dollar. They want it done.

02

Two. Sign the paper.

You agree on a price that’s below what the place is worth. She signs. Now you’re the only one who can buy it.

You haven’t spent anything yet. You still won’t.

03

Three. Hand it to a buyer.

Someone else wants that property. Builders, fixer-uppers, investors, people who buy land. You hand them the paper and they pay you to take your spot.

They buy the house. You get the check.

Houses & Land

Houses get you started. Land is where it gets serious.

Most people in this business only ever do houses. A house deal usually pays a few thousand dollars, sometimes more.

That’s real money and it’s a fine place to start.

But almost nobody is doing land, and the checks are bigger. Way bigger.

Here’s one of Mia’s:

A piece of land in Ohio. Bought for $40,000. Sold for $82,500.
That left $44,332.91.

The whole thing took a little over a month. Two people made the phone calls. There was no house on it, nothing to fix, no renters, no bank.

That’s why land is in this program. Same three steps. Same paperwork. Much bigger check.

You’ll learn both.

Why not just get a license

Because the numbers are rough.

A lot of women think the way into real estate is to go get licensed and start selling houses.

Here’s what that actually looks like.

Agents with two years or less in the business made $8,000 last year. That’s the middle number, so half made less. They closed two deals all year.

And nearly half of the people who close their first deal never close another one.

That’s after months of classes, a state test, and fees.

You’re not going to spend a year finding out. You’re going to learn the part that pays, and you’re going to work on real deals while you learn it.

Mia’s Story

She was 21 and just wanted to own one house.

She couldn’t afford one. Not even close.

Mia was an engineer for a big oil company, working on rigs out in the Gulf of Mexico. Two weeks out at sea, two weeks home.

So she stopped trying to save for a house and learned how to find deals instead. She did it from her phone, out on that rig, in the middle of the ocean.

The guys at work were twice her age and told her she’d lose everything. She figured if they really thought it could work, they would have done it themselves.

So she said nothing. For five years she kept quiet and kept closing.

A year ago she quit her job. For good.

Today she owns 76 rentals and she’s building new homes.

She never had anybody to show her how. You will.

Proof

Her little brother knew nothing. He closed in 30 days.

No experience. No connections. No money.

Mia gave him one website to look at and one script to read out loud.

Thirty days later he closed his first deal.

That’s the whole thing. It isn’t a talent you’re born with. It’s knowing what to say and who to say it to. That can be taught, and that’s what we teach.

The Room

You didn’t fail. You were just doing it alone.

Book your call

If you’ve tried this before, you probably learned it from a guy on YouTube whose life looks nothing like yours.

Then someone said something on the phone you weren’t ready for, and you had nobody to ask. You froze. And then you decided you just weren’t good at this.

That’s not what happened. You were alone. That’s all it was.

Every group here is women only. You’ll bring a real deal to the group and get a real answer on it. You’ll sit with women who are exactly where you are right now. And when something strange comes up, you’ll have somewhere to take it.

By the way, women are already doing this. Single women buy more than twice as many homes as single men in this country. Nobody talks about that.

★ The point
Is This You?

This isn’t for everybody.

This is for you if:
  • You’re willing to pick up the phone. There’s calling in this. We’re not going to pretend there isn’t.
  • You can give it real hours each week, even with a job.
  • You want one thing that works more than you want ten things to look at.
  • You’re done buying courses and want somebody in your corner while you actually do it.
This is not for you if:
  • × You want money that shows up while you sleep. This is a real business and you’ll run it.
  • × You want us to tell you there’s no phone calls. There are.
  • × You want to watch videos and feel busy.
  • × You need this to happen by next week.

There’s no price on this page and no button that takes your money. There’s just a call. We’ll look at where you’re at and tell you straight whether this is right for you.

Before You Book

Questions before you book

In most states, no. You’re signing a paper and handing it to someone else, and that doesn’t require a license. But a handful of states do have their own rules about this, including Illinois, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Pennsylvania, and Connecticut. On your call we’ll tell you exactly what your state requires before you start.

Not to buy anything, because you never buy anything. There are small costs to find sellers, and we’ll show you the cheapest ways to do that. But you’ll never need a down payment or a loan to get paid on a deal.

Yes, some. You’ll be calling people who didn’t ask to hear from you. We’re not going to sell you a version where that isn’t true. That Ohio deal had two people doing that calling. You’ll get the exact words to say, and we’ll show you how to pay someone else to do it once money is coming in.

That’s exactly who this is built for. Mia’s brother had zero experience and closed in 30 days. You’ll be working on real deals with someone checking your numbers.

Agents with under two years in the business made a middle income of $8,000 last year on two closed deals. This is a different job. You’re finding deals, not showing houses, and you don’t wait on a license to start.

We can’t put a date on that and we won’t try. What we can tell you is the order it happens in. You learn the skill, you get paid on deals, and that money is what buys property. That’s how Mia got her first one and it’s how she got the other seventy-five.

Enough that it’s real. Most women do this around a job, at night and on weekends, from their phone.

Because the room is the whole point. The groups are small and everyone in them is a woman, so the questions you’d be embarrassed to ask actually get asked.

It’s twenty minutes. We ask about your situation, you ask us whatever you want, and we tell you if this is a fit. Nothing gets decided before that.
